    My mom was in the hospital and I wanted to find a local florist that could deliver a Christmas-themed arrangement. They nailed it! The arrangement looked identical to the photo on the website. The packaging of the cardboard box was even "fancy" compared to the plain old boxes most florists offer. THANK YOU for brightening her hospital stay! She's been home since late Christmas Day, and the flowers are still amazing! HIGHLY recommend shopping here!

    The bouquet I ordered, was virtually identical to the keepsake arrangement I ordered online. The flowers were fresh, and lasted over a week.     This order was not delivered until the very end of the day. I believe it was likely forgotten all about until I called to check on it. Very disappointed.

    Sarah, We're sorry that she didn't get them until late in the day, our records show that we delivered it to her work at 1:21. At larger businesses we have to leave deliveries with reception or security, and they deliver it from there. The Friday before Mother's Day is one of our busier delivery days, and even with added designers and drivers, we were delivering up to around 6:00 that evening. If you order from us again and you prefer a delivery to be in the morning, you can ask for that in the special instructions, and we are always happy to do our best to get it there before noon.     I get I ordered flowers on the busiest day of the year. It would be nice to have some kind of tracker on when your items will be delivered. The flowers for my wife showed up after her business was closed. Luckily she was still there.

    Holly, We're sorry that she was disappointed. It should have looked similar to the photo, as that is one of our own designs. There were a few delivered right before Christmas that we had to use a slightly different color of carnation in because our suppliers had run out of the "peppermint" carnation that we showed in the picture. Is there a chance that she left it in the wrapped delivery box? We protect the containers during delivery with a colored-tissue wrapped box, so if she didn't see the snowman head ceramic container, that could be why. Thank you for letting us know.

    Flowers looked ok but we’re not as pictured on website where I placed order. I was very disappointed when the receiver of the arrangement sent me a photo. It was supposed to be in a ceramic happy face yellow container and was just in a box style cheaper vase. I will not order again . Very disceiving.

    you need to leave more water additive for the flowers. We used the one pkg but the next day the large flower started to die. The arrangement was beautiful but it did not last.

    Pat, We're so sorry that the flower wilted. Anytime you have an issue with an arrangement right after receiving it, please give us a call and we can often address the issue easily. The flower food is already mixed in the water the arrangement came in, and the extra packet is for when you change the water after the water gets cloudy, typically 3-4 days after you receive the arrangement. It sounds like the hydrangea flower wilted, which it shouldn't normally do for 4-6 days.

    While the arrangement was great, delivery was not. The recipient had to pickup the flowers. Your website should state that delivery is only done until 3 pm. Very, very disappointed. It was a very stressful time for the recipient and she shouldn't have had to pick them up. I paid for delivery!

    Diane, We attempted delivery twice to the location, but no one was there. When no one is home, we leave a notice asking the recipient to call us so we can reschedule delivery when they will be home. When the recipient called, our driver had already gone home for the evening. We would have been happy to deliver it the next day, but they chose to pick it up instead.     Jean, That order went outside of our delivery range and had to be sent to another trusted local florist who always does a nice job for us. We'll be sure to say something to them about the recipients not hearing a door bell. We're so glad the dog was able to help out. Pepper Creek's drivers will usually ring the bell, knock on the door, and phone to leave a message with the recipient if there isn't an answer.     Breanna, We're sorry that the out-of-town florist wasn't able to make the arrangement with the right flowers. The design you chose indicated it is a Pepper Creek design for local area delivery only. Still, we called it out to a florist in that town that usually does a very nice job for us, and asked them to make it as close as possible. Unfortunately, the flower shortage world-wide this last Mother's Day weekend meant that some flowers were hard to get with short notice, so they had to make some substitutions. Again, our apologies that they didn't deliver what you were expecting.

    We agree that that one was misnamed, as the recipe calls for three pink roses instead of lavender with the other purple and lavender colored flowers. Our current "LAVENDER LUXURY" design recipe uses lavender roses, hot pink miniature carnations, lavender stock, purple waxflowers, and lavender asters.     I love Pepper Creek for all things floral! 10 days after delivery the flowers were still beautiful. I also get my spring garden flowers and vegetables plants from them, and the hanging baskets are amazing.     The plants here are beautifully taken care of, and I enjoy walking around all the plant varieties even when I only intended to buy one variety. Nice people who really know what they're doing.

Our greenhouse staff works hard to keep our plants looking nice, and we frequently check our different tropical plant suppliers for unusual varieties, as well as their quality. You are welcome to walk around and enjoy the plants anytime, whether you are looking for just one plant, several plants, or just want to enjoy being in the greenhouse.

    Love this store! My husband always goes there for my birthday & our anniversary flowers. They make absolutely beautiful arrangements. The flowers always look fresh & healthy. We even take our 15yr old indoor plants for them to trim down-revitalize them every few years. We get our air plants & annuals there as well.

    I used Pepper Creek to send Birthday flowers to my Sister. The flowers received did not look anything like the flowers I ordered. Not too happy about this!

    We are sorry you were disappointed in your order. It looked different because we had to change the look a bit in order to use a plastic vase as requested in your order. We used the same flowers, but it was cut taller and in a taller vase, as we did not have any similar short vases in plastic.
